When is the RSVP deadline?

What should I wear?

Answer

Cocktail attire! For women, any length dress is appropriate. For men, feel free to wear a suit, sports jacket, or dress shirt! No shorts and no jeans, please!

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan to arrive at the church around 1:00! We would like to have everyone seated by 1:15 so we can start promptly at 1:30.

Is the reception indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The Gheens Foundation Lodge is an air-conditioned, indoor venue. There is outdoor lawn space too, which we plan to use for cocktail hour. Fingers crossed for nice weather!!

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there will be ample free parking at both the church and the reception venue. But, please be safe! We recommend taking advantage of our shuttles that will run to and from the hotels.

How will the shuttles work?

Answer

We have 2 buses reserved. They will depart from the Hilton Garden Inn at 3:45 and arrive at the reception at 4:00. Buses will run again in the evening. Departures from the reception will be at 8:00 and 9:15 following the grand exit. No reservations are required, just hop on!

What if I have food allergies or dietary restrictions?

Our caterers take allergies very seriously and are committed to having a meal available for each of our guests. Please list any allergies or dietary restrictions when you RSVP.

Are we taking family pictures?

Answer

Yes! Extended families, please remain in the church following the ceremony for large group photos.
