WillAmy Soulmates

Beach Lovers Wedding

I'm marrying my best friend! Meet us on the beach behind Spanish Galleon/ OD pavilion (100 N Ocean Blvd, N Myrtle Beach, SC)... for a 2pm wedding with the waves. Bring your own beach chairs and your own beverages, for an informal wedding, followed by beach relaxation, cake, and dancing. No formal dress for this bash, bare feet/flip flops, bikinis, are perfect, or you may dress in normal summer attire. Look for Boogie Benny's blue tent. WillAmy, (the couple's cute celebrity nickname) started in April 12, 2003 at a wedding, on a dance floor, how fitting, right?! William, better known as Stephen to his family, walked right up to Amy and said, "ya wanna dance?" in the cutest southern accent ever...you all know Amy could not resist a dance floor or this particular handsome fella. Fast forward to just a few years ago, thanks to a Facebook post about a "sad little Christmas tree, to be enjoyed alone this year" it all took a beautiful turn to the present event, the joining of these soulmates, best friends, forever, in the eyes of family, friends, and God. The cake will be baked and decorated by the bride and mother of the bride, as this is something Amy and Ida have done for many others' weddings. The bride's dress was designed by Amy's friend from Spout Springs Church in Cameron, Marian Gibson. Marian is a technical designer with R. Riveter, and previously worked with the non-profit Freedom Global. Marian and Amy collaborated to design a dress as unique as the couple. The bouquet and boutonnieres were made by Amy, with help from her friend Blanche, from sea shells that WillAmy collected from various beach trips from years ago, to present, ranging from Holden beach, to N Myrtle Beach. Most importantly, Jason Butler, the cousin of William and friend to Amy, will be officiating the joining of WillAmy, in a sweet, no doubt comical and spiritual ceremony.
