We're getting married!

Almost three years ago to the exact day, we hiked up rattlesnake mountain in Willsboro, NY for our first date. Willa's older cousin, Arne, who works with Danny at Red House Building, set us up knowing that our mutual disinterest in dogs would immediately connect us. It turns out Arne has good taste in people, and so here we are about to get married just three years later. Our relationship has grown from taking treacherous ferry rides across Lake Champlain and late night drives after work to Burlington and Westport, to living together in our home in Vergennes, VT. We've individually, and as a couple, nurtured our love for adventure and the outdoors, embarking on uphill ski adventures in the winter and grueling hikes in the summer. We've conquered the insurmountable job of redoing a 150 year old house, with lots of help from Hokey and Peggy. Throughout this process we've learned that some decisions when it comes to homebuilding are simply "good enough for Willa." Our life together has been full of family time, skiing, travel, work, renovations, and tons and tons of chickpeas. We are excited to share our wedding day with all of you, and look forward to our future together.
