The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all be held at The McPherson Wedding Venue (check out Ceremony & Reception page for more information). Cocktail hour will be both indoor and outdoor, please bring layers to keep warm.
The doors open at 3:00PM and the ceremony starts promptly at 3:30PM.
Yes. There is a 80-car parking lot for the venue directly across the street.
Please refer to your RSVP invitation as we will be keeping the guest list limited to those listed on your invitation.
We request that our guest wear formal attire. Suits, dress pants, slacks, khakis, dress shirts, collared shirts, dresses (midi or floor length), skirts, blouses, dress shoes, etc. If you are interested in matching our wedding colors they are burgundy, navy blue, and gold. Please keep in mind to dress in layers for the wintry February temperatures. Please no jeans, flannel, flip-flops, crocs, white clothing, etc.
We would definitely recommend to come hungry! During cocktail hour there will be four passed appetizers of varying types. During dinner there will be a chicken and pork entree option on the buffet with three different sides that do not contain meat. For dessert we will have three different flavors of wedding cake to try AND s'mores kits available outside on the back patio with fire pits. *** If you have any specialty diet, restrictions, or allergies please notate that on your RSVP or let us know as soon as you can so we can work with our catering team.
Yes! We will have an open bar available during cocktail hour and the reception in addition to soda, sparkling non-alcoholic juice, hot tea, hot chocolate, coffee, and water.
Yes! Photos are welcomed, we only ask that during the ceremony you refrain from taking photos. We have hired photographers to capture this moment for us and would love to have your undivided attention when we say "I do". During cocktail hour we will be taking photos with guest on the outdoor patio AND there will be a print photo booth for guest to enjoy as well.
