Shuttle
Wedding Day Shuttles
March 14, 2026 4:15 pm - 12:00 am
For your convenience, shuttles will run from each of our designated hotels to Island House as follows! The Ryder Hotel bus arrives at 4:30 departing at 4:40 The Courtyard Marriott Downtown bus arrives at 4:15 departing at 4:30. The Francis Marion Hotel buses begin arriving at 4:15 departing at 4:30 and 4:45. All wedding guests are welcome to use the shuttle service. If you are staying elsewhere and would like to ride, please meet at the Francis Marion Hotel for pick up. Please note, the last shuttle departure from Charleston to Island House will be from The Francis Marion at 4:45 pm. If you need to catch the last bus, head there! If you choose not to use the provided transportation, please arrive at the venue by 5:15 PM so we can begin the ceremony on time and head straight into the festivities! For your return, we will have an early departure shuttle from the wedding to take any guests back to the hotels at 9:30pm. End of the night shuttles will take guests back to hotels and the after party at Bodega!

Uber and Lyft
While we've arranged transportation for the wedding day from the hotels to the venue and back, getting around Charleston is a breeze with Uber and Lyft. Pro tip: we’ve found that Uber is usually more affordable, but it’s always a good idea to compare both services, as prices can sometimes vary significantly!
Flight
Charleston International Airport
Charleston International Airport is about a 20 minute drive from all of our hotel blocks. You can rent a car at the airport, although it isn't necessary in Charleston! Ubers and Lyfts are both extremely accessible from the airport to wherever you are staying.
