SFO is the closest airport, just 15 miles from downtown San Francisco/the Financial District. 🚆 Public transit (BART): About 30–35 minutes on BART from the SFO airport station to Montgomery Street Station. Trains run roughly every ~10 minutes during the day. 🚗 Driving: About 25–35 minutes without traffic. 45–60+ minutes during peak rush hours (morning/evening commute). Ride-shares Uber/Lyft) and taxis are also widely available at the airport.

Distance: ~18–20 miles to downtown San Francisco/Financial District. 🚆 Public transit (BART): Take the Oakland Airport Connector from the airport to the Coliseum BART station, then transfer to a San Francisco-bound train. About 35–45 minutes total to downtown SF. 🚗 Driving: About 25–30 minutes without traffic (crossing the Bay Bridge). 40–60+ minutes in heavy traffic (common during morning/evening rush).

BART is one of the easiest ways to get around SF. Trains are frequent, affordable, and avoid traffic altogether. BART stations like Montgomery Street and Embarcadero are walkable to many downtown hotels and close to our venue. You can pay by tapping a contactless credit/debit card or mobile wallet (like Apple Pay or Google Pay) right at the fare gate—no card needed.

And yes, it works like a ride share app. Availability varies by neighborhood and time, but it can be a fun and convenient way to get around the city.
