Water Tower Plaza
The Gilbert Water Tower is one of the town’s most notable landmarks, sitting next to an adobe pump house that was also Gilbert’s first jail, right in the heart of downtown. The 230-foot tower was built in 1927 to fill the needs of the growing community, and it stored water for firefighting and drinking until 1985. Fast forward a few decades, and it’s now pretty much the center of everything. The surrounding plaza and park is a tranquil place to hang out, but also serves as the anchor of the downtown Heritage District, where you’ll find awesome shops and restaurants. Check it out at night, when the tower lights up the sky.
Bergies Coffee Roast House
Bergies is our local coffee shop and it prides itself on producing quality coffee that is custom roasted. They also have a beautiful tree shaded patio.

Joe's Real BBQ
This is the first place we had dinner in Gilbert. It has amazing BBQ and a little stand out front called TOPO that serves prickly pear soft serve ice cream. Yum! Perfect for lunch or dinner.

Dierks Bentley's Whiskey Row Gilbert
Dierks Bentley's Whiskey Row is a fun place for country music lovers to grab some food and drinks. At night it turns into more of a club atmosphere.
O.H.S.O. Brewery- Gilbert
Outrageous Homebrewer's Social Outpost (OHSO) is a restaurant, local nano-brewery, distillery, and dog-friendly social hot-spot, and has over 40+ beers on tap as well as wine and house cocktails. This summer they are opening up a new outdoor fun area.
Champions Sports Saloon
Champions is a fun dive bar in downtown Gilbert. They have tons of dart boards and a large patio.
The White Rabbit
The White Rabbit is Gilbert's first and original speakeasy. The speakeasy has 1920s prohibition theme. They operate on a first come first serve basis. Password and knowing the secret entrance are still required and can be found on their website.
Level 1 Arcade Bar
Relive the golden age of video gaming. They have fully restored arcade and pinball machines. They also have small bites and drinks.
Topgolf
Topgolf is a sports entertainment complex that features an inclusive, high-tech golf game that everyone can enjoy. Paired with a food and beverage menu, climate-controlled hitting bays and music, every Topgolf has an energetic hum that you can feel right when you walk through the door.

Saguaro Lake Marina
Saguaro Lake is a reservoir on the Salt River in the Tonto National Forest. It is about 30 minutes from Gilbert. You can rent kayaks, SUP boards, and boats at the marina.
