Post Elopement Celebration!

With the pandemic, we know that we have not had the opportunity to spend time with each other's family and friends as much as we would have liked. Here is a little backstory on our relationship. We met at Chloe's father's bar 3 years ago! We became instant best friends due to our similar personalities, humor and our love developed shortly after. Late 2021 we were given the news that Michael would be transitioning to Marine Corps recruiting duty. We were excited for the possibility to move out of California, where Chloe has lived her entire life, but nervous about where the next chapter would take us. Michael grew up in Sedona, Arizona and has always wanted to return to the state. When we received the news that Michael would be placed in Gilbert, Arizona we were overjoyed. With immeasurable help from both our families and friends we quickly moved from California to our new home in Gilbert, Arizona. We knew planning an extensive ceremony and reception would take time, so we made the decision to elope and celebrate with our family and friends later. We eloped on March 28th, 2022 in Las Vegas. We wanted that day to be special for us but also knew we wanted a special day to celebrate with all of you. We have been very fortunate to be able to purchase our first home and we are so excited to share our new community with all of you. We have not planned all the details yet, but know we want to have a vow renewal ceremony and traditional wedding reception.
