Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Kindly RSVP by July 8th, 2026. Our vendors need a headcount to make sure there’s enough food, drinks, and fun to go around! If we don't hear back by July 8th, we will mark you as not attending.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

This party’s for adults only — no little ones running around (except for our honorary tiny guests, Chloe and Zach, who somehow got the VIP pass). Get ready to have fun and enjoy a kid-free night and allow yourself to relax!

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Plan to arrive by 4:00 PM, so you’ve got time to find your seat, catch your breath, and maybe practice your “aww” face and gather up enough fresh tissues for some possible *happy* tears. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30pm, if you are late we ask you to wait in your cars until the ceremony is complete. The shuttle leaves the hotel at 3:30 PM sharp—make sure you’re on board, unless you want to turn the walk into a mini-adventure! The hotel is just about 15 minutes away, perfect for a quick warm-up to the celebration.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception? How about overnight parking?

Answer

Good news — there’s plenty of parking at the venue! Just a heads up, overnight parking isn’t allowed, so no sleepovers in your car (we know the party’s tempting). If you think you might be too much fun and not quite safe to drive afterward, no worries! Our complimentary shuttle has your back. Or you can park your car in the nearby commuter lot (5585 N Lapeer Rd, North Branch, MI 48461)— directions are right here: Legacy Wedding Barn Guest Info. https://www.legacyweddingbarn.com/guestinfo We want you to have a blast and get home safe!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Formal Please! Think "rustic romance meets elevated western." For the guys: suits or a nice shirt with slacks. Jacket is recommended but not mandatory For the gals: floor-length, cocktail-length, or sundresses—whatever makes you feel fabulous (and ready to hit the dance floor). Florals, lace, etc. We strongly encourage light colors, neutrals, florals, cowboy boots, etc. It’s August—dress accordingly and comfortably. A couple no-no’s: 🚫 No jeans 🚫 No white/cream colored dresses (leave that color to the bride!) -If your dress is floral with a cream undertone that is completely fine Wedding Party Colors: Groom: Burgundy/Dark Deep Red Suit Groomsmen: Khaki Tan suits Bridesmaids: Light Blue Bride: A surprise ;)

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Your invitation will include if you have a plus one. Due to limited space and wanting to keep our wedding more intimate we reserved only a certain amount of plus ones, if you have any questions, please contact Preston or Brooke.

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

On our Hotels and Shuttles page, you’ll find our top hotel picks! I have listed 3 within 15 minutes of the venue.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! We’ve got a shuttle running to and from Best Western and Holiday Inn so you can party hard and get home safe. Drink responsibly—or at least pretend you’re responsible—and let the shuttle do the driving!

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We are registered on Amazon and Target. You can conveniently see our entire Amazon + Target registry on our Zola registry on the registry tab!
