Is there a dress code?

Casual & Comfortable - please keep in mind there will be professional photos taken Our wedding theme is wildflowers / boho, and we’re keeping things relaxed and fun! Wear what makes you feel good: flowy dresses, light fabrics, sandals, linen shirts, khakis, and button-down shirts are all welcome. 🌼✌️ The Ceremony will be outdoors (weather permitting), so we recommend comfortable shoes and keeping the forecast in mind. The Reception will be indoors, so you can dance the night away in comfort! Just bring your good vibes — we can’t wait to celebrate with you! 🌼✌️

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan to arrive between 1:15 p.m. – 1:45 p.m. The ceremony will begin promptly at 2:00 p.m.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Upon arrival at the venue, you will be greeted by an attendant. Parking will be paid for, and the attendant will help guide you to the ceremony area (Conference Shelter). For additional guidance: after passing the attendant booth, continue straight until you see a red tractor. At the red tractor, turn right. Follow that road straight until it ends at a parking lot (little longer than a mile). The Conference Shelter will be located across the street.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Chippokes State Park offers tent sites, yurts, and cabins for guests who’d like to stay close to the venue. Since our wedding falls on Memorial Day weekend, we highly recommend booking early to secure your spot!
