Arrival
1:15 pm - 1:45 pm
Upon arrival at the venue, you will be greeted by an attendant. Parking will be paid for, and the attendant will help guide you to the ceremony area (Conference Shelter). For additional guidance: after passing the attendant booth, continue straight until you see a red tractor. At the red tractor, turn right. Follow that road straight until it ends at a parking lot (little longer than a mile). The Conference Shelter will be located across the street.
Ceremony
2:00 pm - 2:30 pm

Casual Attire: From sundresses and sandals to slacks/khakis and button-up shirts. We want everyone to be comfortable, but please remember you will be in pictures.
Please arrive between 1:15 pm - 1:45 pm. The ceremony will start promptly at 2:00 pm.
Cocktail Hour / Photos
2:30 pm - 3:30 pm
There will be pizza, wings, and most importantly - an open bar for everyone to enjoy! Pizza & Wings are freshly prepared the day of by Anna's Pizza & Italian restaurant in Surry, VA!
Reception
3:30 pm - 9:00 pm
We will be serving your choice of Chicken Alfredo, Chicken Carbonara, or Spaghetti served with bread - all freshly prepared the day of by Anna's Pizza & Italian restaurant in Surry, VA!
