For any guests who arrive early, you are welcome to join us at this cozy wine bar to start the adventure together over a Spanish glass of wine! Quesería Rossini, is a model wine bar with bottles stacked to the rafters, hanging strings of garlic, and a small friendly wood-and-brick interior.

Lunch: Las Teterias

Tea houses, known as teterías, line the narrow streets at the edge of the old Albaicín quarter. A group of us will be wandering in and out of artisan shops starting around 12:30 PM, then meeting for lunch at 1:30 PM in a reserved space at one of the idilic teterías and possibly some hookah if that's your thing!

Our wedding planners have put together a Tapas Tour to welcome guests and get the party weekend started! We'll welcome all guests at Casa Puerta Real for the first wine and tapas tasting of the night. In groups of 10-12, we'll tour various tapas bars and then meet again at the end to close the night together at Pub Ganivet 13 (Calle Ángel Ganivet, 13)! Wear comfy shoes!

In order to accommodate all of our guests that expressed interest, we've split the Alhambra tour into two groups (Saturday & Sunday). Both days the tour will be at the same time. We'll be letting you all know via email which group you're in, so you can plan accordingly. We’re so excited to experience this historic palace with you all!
Basketball Game: Bride's Team vs Groom's Team

Teams will be arranged in advance. For those of you that said that you wanted to play, please wear your best kicks and basketball gear! All guests not playing in the legendary (friendly) competition, are welcome to join and cheer the teams on!
Rehearsal Dinner

Guests are invited to join us for a Rehearsal Dinner at La Tomasas located in San Bartolomé square, a hill that overlooks the Alhambra. At night, it’s a breath taking, close-up view of the palace lit up against a twinkling backdrop of the city of Granada. This will be a relaxing event compared to the lively, late-night Tapas Tour the night before.

La Chumbera is located in Sacromonte, a legendary hill with exotic country houses and gardens of the Albayzin at the entrance. The ceremony will be held on one of the venue's terraces with unforgettable views over the whole valley and the Alhambra Palace.

A local spanish guitarist will play for us on a second terrace surrounded by flowers, majestic views of the city, and lanterns to further set the mood with a quintessential spanish tiled bar fully stocked with great refreshments!
