Skiing
There are ski resorts in all the towns in the surrounding area: Wengen, Murren, Grindlewald
Hiking
There are walking paths all throughout Lauterbrunnen. We enjoyed walking down from Murren to Gimmelwald (after taking the gondola to Murren). We also walked to and from Wengen (path starts behind train station). If the weather allows and paths are walkable, the paths from the mountain towns offer beautiful views!
Paragliding
Offered in Interlaken, Lauterbrunnen, Grindelwald, etc. A beautiful and exhilarating way to take in the sites! The link below is the company we went through when paragliding in Interlaken during our trip in 2022, but with a quick google you can look up options in surrounding towns.
Sledging
Sled on a toboggan down the mountains!
Grindelwald First
This is where we got engaged! Take a gondola up to take in the breathtaking views at the top of the mountain. You can catch the gondola and purchase tickets in the middle of town in Grindelwald. There is a restaurant, a cliff-edge walk, skiing, and sledding.
Interlaken Children's Museum (JungfrauPark Interlaken)
A very large children's museum just outside of Interlaken.
