What started as a job interview ended in true love. Kayla was very busy going through resumes at her media buying job, searching for a new candidate for her team. She went out to lunch with an industry colleague who said "hey, my friends son is looking for a job - can you submit his resume?". Kayla said of course and then promptly forgot about it. Fast forward to an interview a month later with a long haired recent college graduate Zach. When Kayla asked him how he heard about the role and he named their mutual connection Kayla thought oh - I referred this guy! She then of course hired him for his amazing good looks and great interview skills. It wasn't until the holiday party months later that Zach worked up the nerve to ask Kayla out on a date. They went out to 8th Street Wine Bar downtown followed by dinner in Hoboken at Union Hall. They realized quickly that they never ran out of things to talk about and didn't want the date to end. After many more dates, they decided to make it official just in time for the world to shut down for quarantine. Many weeks and months were then spent binging Marvel movies, cooking elaborate meals and spending lots of quality time together. What was a difficult time in the world was also a special time for their relationship and everything they had to be grateful for. When the world opened back up, they were able to meet each others families and friends which only deepened their love for each other. This brings us to present day, living on the Upper West Side with their very pretty pittie Mabel enjoying everything the city has to offer. They absolutely cannot wait to celebrate their special day with their most loved family members and friends by their side!
