Parking Information
While there is no parking available at the venue, there is a large public parking area adjacent. They do charge fees and the lot can fill up during busy times. Other parking options are limited, so carpooling, Uber, or some other method are encouraged for a smooth experience.
Flight
Reno- Tahoe International Airport
You will have to fly into Reno/Tahoe Airport (note that it is about 50 minutes away from the venue and North Lake Tahoe Area where many will be staying). *Another option could be flying into Sacramento (note that is 2 hours away).
Rental Car
Reno-Tahoe International Airport
We highly recommend renting a car during your stay. You can rent a car from a rental company at the airport. Or you can try the Turo website. If you are not renting a car, let us know if you need help with finding transportation.. we do live here :)

Firelite Lodge
This lodge requires a 3-night minimum stay. It is lakeside, a 3 minute drive from the venue, 25 minute walk (1.2 miles). *It is more than likely there will be no parking available near the venue
