Booking at Casa de Campo
Our booking link is live! Please click the 'View' button below which will lead you there. PLEASE BE SURE TO ONLY BOOK YOUR ROOM THROUGH OUR GROUP LINK! All rooms at the discounted rate must be booked 90 days in advance, the cutoff date is Friday, March 29th, 2024. After this date we will unfortunately no longer to be able to offer our discounted group rate. Please remember while booking there is a 3 night minimum stay to take advantage of the group rate. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining 50% will be due on May 29th (one month from the wedding date). ROOM ONLY: If you are booking room only, please remember to list the name of each guest in your room so they will have charging capabilities throughout your stay. You may skip the next page when asked if you would like to add the All-Inclusive package. ROOM + ALL-INCLUSIVE PACKAGE: After selecting your room, the next page will ask you if you'd like to 'enhance your stay'. To add the All-Inclusive to your room, please select the All-Inclusive Experience at $149.00 per person/per day and select the number of people staying in your room. Be sure to click 'select' AND 'continue to book' to make sure it is properly added to your reservation. For both Room Only & All-Inclusive Guests, you will be given a laminated card at check in that will allow you to charge everything to your room. If you've selected the All-Inclusive package, you will still be given a 'bill' for each meal or at the bar, all of these bills are then deducted from your folio at check-out. If you add any additional gratuity than what's already included in your bill, that will be applied to your folio which can be paid at check out. This rate includes all taxes and service fees. You can have up to (2) people in each room at this rate. You may then purchase all food and beverages a la carte throughout your time at the resort. All charges would be posted to your hotel room and paid at checkout. All Inclusive Package + Hotel Room: $318.oo PER person PER night. This rate includes all food, alcoholic beverages, non alcoholic beverage, some activities, base gratuities, room, tax and service fees. Casa de Campo is a 7,000 acre property with so much to explore! Each room will come with it's own golf cart to get you around the resort! The resort does an amazing job making you feel secure and keeps safety as their #1 priority. With this being said, in order to attend the wedding, you MUST be staying on property the evening of June 29th, 2024. If you're staying elsewhere this evening you will unfortunately not be able to celebrate with us. Please keep in mind, in order to take advantage of the (highly) discounted group rate, you must book a minimum of 3 nights at Casa de Campo. Our group link will allow you to book from June 25th - July 3rd, 2024. If you would like to arrive earlier than June 25th or extend your stay past July 3rd please let Lexi know and the reservations team will accommodate. There is no maximum number of nights to the group rate, just the minimum of 3 nights.
Flight
Punta Cana Airport
We know a lot of our loved ones are traveling from far and wide! Please keep in mind, a valid passport will be needed to enter the Dominican Republic as well as to return back to the United States or Canada. There are three airports in proximity to Casa de Campo. - Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ) Approximately 50 minutes from hotel. - Santo Domingo International Airport (SDQ) Approximately 50 minutes from hotel. - La Romana International Airport (LRM) Approximately 5 minutes from hotel. The airport we recommend flying in and out of is Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ). Punta Cana Airport has the most flights in/out daily by all major airlines. Once you arrive into the Dominican Republic, you will then proceed through immigration, collect your baggage and go through customs. Don't worry, this is a super easy process! To get to Casa de Campo there are a few different options: - Rental Car: We do not recommend this option! If you're feeling brave, parking is included with our group rate at the resort. You will pass two toll booths on your way in so make sure you have Dominican Pescos with you, they do not accept credit cards at the toll booths. - Uber: While they do have Uber in the DR, unfortunately due to security reasons, they are not allowed on Casa de Campo property. - Car Service: You may book a car service directly with the Casa de Campo Vacation Planners. Once you arrive to Casa de Campo you will need all passports to be given access through the gates so be sure to keep those handy in the car!
