Question
How do I book my room?
Answer
Our booking link is live! Please visit the 'Travel' tab for instructions on booking your room. PLEASE BE SURE TO ONLY BOOK YOUR ROOM THROUGH OUR GROUP LINK! All rooms at the discounted rate must be booked 90 days in advance, the cutoff date is Friday, March 29th, 2024. After this date we will unfortunately no longer to be able to offer our discounted group rate. Please remember while booking there is a 3 night minimum stay to take advantage of the group rate. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining 50% will be due on May 29th (one month from the wedding date).

All-Inclusive or Room Only?

We knew some of you would be going back and forth between these options so we went and tested it out for you... research ;) The All-Inclusive package comes out to $149.00 per person per night. We (Lexi) have put together a document of the receipts from one full day of eating and drinking to our hearts desire. If you'd like to take a look to get an idea of pricing throughout the resort, please let her know and she'll send your way! Not only are food and drinks included, there are multiple activities around the resort that will also be included with this package. What if I can't make it?
Answer
We know that a destination wedding is a lot to ask of our loved ones. You will be greatly missed but we know you will be celebrating with us from afar!

When should I RSVP by?
Answer
We need both RSVPs and hotel room reservations to be made by Friday, March 29th, 2024. We know 90 days in advance can be hard to plan for but this is the only way we can secure our discounted group rate for you!

Where is the Ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony, cocktail hour and reception will all be taking place at Altos de Chavón. All three of these locations will be outdoors! Altos de Chavon is on Casa de Campo property but pretty far from the actual hotel. To get there by golf cart it's about a 20/25 minute drive and by car it's about 10 minutes. Don't worry, we will have transportation that will take you to and from the lobby to the venue- more information on that coming soon! Once you arrive to Altos de Chevan you will be escorted by event staff to each location.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
The dress code will be Semi- Formal. Please keep in mind, June will be pretty hot. We're excited to see you all dressed up! Ladies! Altos de Chavón is covered in some pretty serious cobblestone. If you plan to wear heels, I would wear your thickest pair to protect your ankles.

Can I bring a guest?
Answer
While you can absolutely bring a guest to travel with you, we ask that only the names listed on the invitation attend the wedding and reception. If you have any questions please let us know!

What's the weather like in June?
Answer
June is actually one of the best times to visit the Dominican Republic! You'll enjoy plenty of good weather in June with lots of sunshine and highs in the upper 80s! It stays warm in the evenings, with temperatures rarely falling below 70F.

Should I bring a gift?
Answer
Please know that your presence is your gift to us! We do not expect any gifts on our wedding day. If you still wish to send us a gift, we do have a registry available on our website.
