There will be a cocktail hour from 3:00 to 4:30 pm at The Catlin Hotel. Feel free to join us for drinks before dinner begins! Dinner Menu: Champagne Chicken (Gluten Free) Herb roasted chicken breast in a champagne cream sauce, served with Chef's roasted vegetables and mashed potatoes. Steak Medallions Seared steak medallions with a house made Demi-glace, served with roasted heirloom carrots and baby red potatoes. Salmon Filet (Gluten Free) Herb crusted salmon with a white wine lemon sauce, served with grilled asparagus spears and fingerling potatoes. All dinners will be served with a house salad of fresh mixed greens with ranch or Italian dressing option and artisan bread with butter.
