Wedding Party

Cassie Jenks

Maid Of Awesome ! (Matron of Honor)

Cassie is my 2nd oldest sister. Through thick and thin she has loved me and been there for me. She is always there to recognize the good in me, even when I can't see it in myself. I am so lucky and thankful to have sisters that I am close to, I know my special day wouldn't be the same without them ♡

Dezirae Sheppard

Maid Of Awesome ! (Maid of honor)

Dezirae is my oldest sister. She is like a 2nd mom to me. She loves me for who I am but calls me out on my nonsense and always tries to make sure I am doing the best for myself. She sees my self worth, and is there to point it out to me when I don't see it. She is loving and patient and I wouldn't be the person I am today without her.

Becky Bahena

Maid Of Awesome !

Becky has been my friend since I was 12. We never fight and no matter how long we go without talking things never change. She is always there when I need her, like when drove all the way to my house because I thought there was someone trying to break in. She is a calming presence in my life and I am very lucky and thankful to have her by my side.

Vanessa Bahena

Maid Of Awesome !

Vanessa has been in my life since I was 12, she is like another sister. She has been there to help me through hard times, to tell me to stop being an idiot when I am one and to protect me when I'm getting myself in a bad situation. I know she will always be there and I love going to her for advice.

Leslie Comfort

Maid Of Awesome !

Leslie has been my friend for 15+ years. We have made it through thick and thin. When I need a pick up, a therapist or a companion, she is always there. She always speaks up to make sure I'm doing what I want for myself. My life would be boring without her. I'm so lucky I get to have her by my side during my engagement and my big day.

Jessica Zeller-Huffman

Maid Of Awesome !

Jessica is my sister in-law. I love her and admire her easy going attitude. I appreciate that she is always there to listen and give me advice. I'm so thankful she is a part of the family and that she will be by my side on my wedding day.

Bristol Rayne

Honor Attendant

Bristol Rayne my cousin, but she is more like a niece to me. She is the daughter of my Uncle Jeff Huffman and Aunt Viva Teal. She is a beautiful and sweet southern bell who has been a blessing to the family from the very start. Whenever she is around the family is always full of smiles and laughter. I am so lucky and thankful that she is going to my special helper on my big day ♡

Charles Huffman

Father of the Bride

My dad is a farmer turned pilot. He's fun, adventurous, and a big jokester. He's always been there to support me while teaching me how to support myself. Whenever I dreamed of my wedding growing up one of the things that I look forward to the most was having my dad there to give me away and dance with me. I'm so lucky and thankful to have the father I do and have him here for my big day.

Peggy Huffman

Mother of the Bride

My mom is the most kind hearted and loving person I have ever met. She always goes out of her way to help others, she puts others needs before her own and to this day will come running to my rescue whenever I need her. I wasn't the easiest kid to deal with but through her patience and persistence she has shown me what uncoditonal love is. I am so thankful and lucky to have my mom.

Daunell Butt

Mother of the Groom

My mom has always been a shinning example of love. It takes a strong woman to raise my brother and I without any casualties. When I was a child, my mother did everything to keep the house clean and running smoothly pretty much single handed. She was always singing and loved to laugh. I remember singing songs with her on the car as a small child, we would sing songs such as "Ticket to Ride" by the beatles and "Sandman" by America. In more recent years my mother has been diagnosed with sarcoidosis, which has significantly impacted her health but she has continued to be an example or strength and love.

Kevin Butt

Father of the Groom

In my early years my father was the text book definition of a nerd, but I have the upmost respect for him. Raising my brother and I was no easy task, I can't imagine how stressful it must have been trying to parent us. There were many times I had to own up to something I had done and he would always respond with love and understanding, even when disciplinary consequences were involved. In recent years I have marvelled at my father's wisdom. I suppose he got that from his dad, but I feel as though I can almost see the wisdom radiating from him. I love my father very much and hope that I will someday grow to be even half as wise as he is. (I promise I'm not using wisdom as a cleaver way of referencing his old age)

James Cass

Best Man

James is amazing. We have been in multiple bands together and I have worked with him on music more then I have with anybody else by far. He is a creative genius and the best friend you could ever ask for. We have lived together on and off for a few years and through out that time we have worked together on a variety of creative projects, not all of which were musical. Recently James moved back home to Vermont to be with his family. I miss having him around and I am very much looking forward to seeing him when he comes down for the wedding!

Bryan Butt

Groomsman

My earliest partner in crime! We ran our parents through hell and back. Building bike ramps, playing with fire, climbing on to the roofs of buildings we had no business being on top of, exploring the vents under the church building, and otherwise proving to the world how ADHD two boys can be. Being so close in age, the two of us have had some epic battles and our fair share of ugly fights. He also knows exactly what buttons to push in order to make one of those fights happen. My little brother is quite a character and has a heart of gold. I can't wait to see what life holds for him when he reaches his full potential

Steve Cass

Groomsman

Previously the front man of the greatest local grunge metal band I have ever witnessed (Sinister Mustard) and currently the guitar player for the California band "Monster on Sunday" this rockstar is also a fulltime husband and father, the brother of the best man, and one of my greatest friends. I haven't been able to see him much in the past few years ever since he moved out of town and I can't wait to see him when he comes down for the wedding

Toby Casey

Groomsman

Toby Casey and I became best friends in highschool. We used to grab energy drinks and pull all nighters. He would run from his house to mine as fast as it would take some people to drive, and he lived over a mile away at the time. He is one of the greatest drummers I have ever seen and I have been to many concerts. He served in the army as an MP and has worked many armed security jobs. I haven't seen Toby since he moved to Phoenix a couple years ago and am very much looking forward to seeing him again

Charles Huffman Jr.

Groomsman

Chuck is my (Whitney's) big brother. Growing up I idolized him. He would get me a teddy bear for Christmas, taught me how to play guitar, got me a mini electric drum set when I wanted to play drums, would give me life advice and of course most importantly would make sure there were no monsters under my bed. Now my brother is an amazing husband and father. Watching him play with his girls makes me think of when we were little. I am so thankful my brother agreed to be a groosmen.

Tylar Preece

Groomsman

The former drummer of the late and great band Trebula, Tylar Preece has always had a great ear for music. He is also one of the best photographers I have ever seen, he took the engagement photos as wells as taking photos of our actual engagement. When I meet Tylar he was only a young teenager and I was about 21. even then I could tell he was a really cool guy. I have never meet a person who has a single bad thing to say about Tyler. He has always had a very positive and fun loving attitude and I am honored to call him a friend

Collin Loughrey

Groomsman

Collin is a cool cat. he played bass and sang back up vocals in the band Trebula, with James, Tylar, Robert, and I. He also sold me my first musical instrument insurance policy. Collin is always the life of the party, even though he has never had a sip of alcohol in his life.

Robert Legendre

Groomsman

Robby is the man! He is the best piano player I have ever meet. He played keyboard in our band Trebula before we disbanded. he currently plays keys for several U of A classes including improv keyboard for a improv ballet class. Robert was there playing keyboard the night I proposed to Whitney. He is a good friend I am glad we had the opportunity to work together with music, I hope to have more opportunities to work together down the line.

Whitney Huffman

Bride

Steven Butt

Groom

I felt like I cant do my fiance justice with 800 characters. He is sweet, caring, romantic, everything I ever thought I wanted in a partner and more. He supports me, loves me, takes care of me, makes me laugh, listens to me, gives me advice, plays music for me, encourages me to follow my dreams, cooks for us, cleans for us, he really is the full package. I am so lucky to be his soon to be wife ♡

Randall Holubiczko

Officiant

Randall is a friend of Whitney's who we know will bring so much love and joy to our wedding. He is the type of person who can brighten a room just by being in it and we are so lucky and honored that he will be the one who pronounces us as Sir and Lady Butt!

Jessie King

Maid Of Awesome !

Jessie came into Whitney's life thanks to Jessie's husband, one of Whitney's best friends, Andrew King. She is one of the kindest, giving, caring, loving and most selfless people we have ever met. We are so lucky and thankful that she said yes to being one of Whitney's maids of awesome and that she will be such a special part of our big day.

Sara Blank

Maid Of Awesome

Sara has quickly become a dear friend to me. She is always there to support me, and tell me what I need to hear even if it's not what I want to hear. Even before she was an official bridesmaid she would help with wedding things and anything stressing me out that she could help with she takes charge and tells me not to worry because she will handle it. She is caring, smart, funny and a beautiful person inside and out. I'm so thankful for her coming into my life and being a part of our special day.
