Where is the venue ?

Answer

Ceremony and Reception will be at the same place. The venue is called The Oasis at The Wild Horse Ranch and the address is 6801 N Camino Verde, Tucson, AZ 85743 .

What to pack?

Answer

In Arizona you should be prepared for hot and cold. In January it is still generally pretty cool, but sometimes shorts and t-shirts are appropriate during that time. The days are hotter and the nights are colder. No need to pack anything heavy. Maybe one warm sweater or a light jackets. A lot of people like to layer, so they can add or take off depending on the weather.

Wedding attire?

Answer

This isn't a black tie affair so you don't have to be super fancy. Please wear something nice, but most important thing is you feel comfortable and can enjoy the day with us.

Please let us know of any dietary restrictions, our venue is amazing and happy to accommodate!

What can you do to help ?

Answer

I'm sure we will have a lot of things covered but if you want to offer a helping hand ask Whitney or the moms (Daunell and Peggy) and we will gladly accept help where it is needed.

Honeymoon

We will be leaving for the honeymoon January 17th. We appreciate all our guest, if you want extra time with us we recommend coming a little before the wedding.

Our engagement pictures (two of which you see on here) were done by Tylar Preeece Photography. Our wedding pictures will be done by Julia Olsen and Donna Galvin.

Whitney's Uncle Quentin Peterson is kind enough to record parts of our wedding for us! We will find a way to share it after the wedding so those who can't be there will still get to see our beautiful celebration ♡

Will the wedding be inside or outside?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors and the reception will be most likely inside, if we end up doing it outside we will have heaters but either way we recomend layering ♡

Monday January 14th at 11 am we plan on going to The Oink Cafe for brunch, join if you would like !
