What’s the dress code?

Answer

Cocktail attire. But our ceremony and cocktail hour is outside, and this is northern California, so please bring a layer so you are comfortable! There's no telling what the weather will be.

Are kids invited?

Answer

We want our wedding to be your night off so, respectfully, our wedding will be an adults only celebration. Please let us know if you need help finding child care in the area. We are happy to help!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to the venue's space limitations we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Please feel free to e-mail us with any questions!

Is there a shuttle to and from the hotel to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, and please use it! Parking is extremely limited and we want everyone to be able to let loose safely. Check out our Travel & Accommodations page for all the info you need.

Can I take an Uber/Lyft/Taxi to your wedding?

Answer

We highly recommend utilizing the provided shuttles, however using a ride share service to get to the venue shouldn't be a problem. There will be limited cell service, so you won't be able to depend on calling a taxi or ride share service from the venue to get you back to your hotel. At the end of the night, shuttles will get you to a location where you can call a taxi/ride share to return home.

What time should I get there?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 3:45pm. Traffic in the Headlands can back up so we plan to have the shuttles arrive with guests about 15 mins early to allow time to walk to the ceremony site. If you do intend to drive, please allow plenty of time for traffic.

What if I have a dietary restriction?

Answer

We want you to be able to enjoy yourself and your dinner, so we are happy to accommodate. Your RSVP will allow you to provide us with any restrictions (i.e. vegetarian, GF, etc) but if you have an update please send us an email to whitney.chicoine@gmail.com

Is there cell phone service or WiFi?

Answer

The cell service is very spotty and there won't be WiFi available. There is a house phone for emergencies, but we hope you'll embrace the disconnectedness for the evening!
