How do I book my stay at TLV?

Answer

You can make your reservation at TLV starting in June by contacting TLV's front desk at (603) 526-6460 and letting them know the number in your party and that you are reserving for the Duprey/Hathcock wedding. TLV accepts checks (no credit cards), which you can then mail to them. You will not be able to make your reservation at TLV until June 2019--but don't worry, our wedding guests will be the only ones staying there that weekend, and there's plenty of room for everyone! Once you have made your reservation, JD and Whitney will assign you to a specific cottage--again, don't worry, we know you guys pretty well and know who else you will want in your cottage with you. Please make your reservations by July 31.

Can my child come to the wedding?

Answer

We'd love to have your child join us for the weekend at TLV, however we do ask that you don't bring them to the ceremony and reception. If you'd like to bring someone with you to watch your kids, you're more than welcome to do so (you will need to book them a room at TLV for the weekend), or, closer to the wedding, we'll be able to provide you with the contact information for local babysitters so you can arrange a sitter for the evening, or, you can check out care.com for other local sitters.

What's included in my stay?

Answer

Your $100 per person/per night fee includes your accommodations, full breakfasts on Sunday and Monday, dinner on Saturday and Sunday and access to all of TLV's onsite amenities.

What do I need to pack?

Answer

We are suggesting a short packing list to ensure you are comfortable: Clothing: Cocktail attire for the ceremony and reception and “summer smart” attire for the rehearsal dinner (think: sundresses for the ladies, pants and button down shirt for gents). Ladies may want a sweater or wrap for the cool evening weather. Reception and BBQ will be on grass, so please keep that in mind when packing footwear. Casual wear and active wear for golf, tennis, and exploring. Long pants and sweatshirt or sweater for cool evenings. Swimsuit. Toiletries: Soap, shampoo, and conditioner. Hair dryer. Extras: Golf clubs and tennis raquets should you choose to play. Beach towel and gear. A good book to read on the porch in your rocking chair or down at the lake's dock.

What should I wear to the wedding?

Answer

The wedding is cocktail attire, but please keep in mind that all the festivities will be held on grass, so ladies, you might want to avoid stilettos. Whatever you wear--make sure its comfortable enough to spend all night dancing in!

Where can I stock up on food and beverages?

Answer

Each cottage at TLV comes with a full kitchen and fridge and there is a grocery store where you can stock up on food and beverages 5 minutes away from the property at: 295 Newport Rd, New London, NH.
