Our Ceremony

Semi-Formal, Cocktail Attire
ATTIRE: Please note that although our ceremony is on the beach, our reception will be in a grand ballroom, so please dress your best accordingly! DIRECTIONS: From Gulf of Mexico drive, turn onto Longboat Club Road. When you get to the gate and guard, just tell them you are here for a wedding on North Beach. Follow Longboat Club Road until you get to Sands Point Road. Look for the white "Event this way" Signs. Make a left onto Sands Point Road and turn into the Resort. There is construction upon entrance - you are in the right place. Make a right towards Building #4 and #5. You can park in the parking lot closer to the beach and boardwalk entrance near Building #4 and #5. If you get lost, please call the resort and ask for directions to North Beach. Cocktail Hour
5:00 pm - 6:00 pm

Cocktail Hour and the Reception are located at the Harbourside Ballroom, which is a different location than the Ceremony. DIRECTIONS: Parking is free and directions are the following: From the parking lot, take a right on Longboat Club Rd. to exit the Resort. At the light, turn left on Gulf of Mexico Dr. - Travel north for approximately 3 miles. Turn right on the Bay Isles Pkwy. Inform the guard at the gate that you are going to the Harbourside Ballroom and follow the "Private Event" signs -- make a left onto Harbourside Drive, take your first right to enter parking lot. The ballroom is to your right - the gray pillars, is the entrance. You may park anywhere in the parking lot. TRANSPORTATION: Trolleys will be available to take guests from the ceremony to the reception immediately following the ceremony until 5:30 PM.
The Party (Reception)
6:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Following Cocktail Hour, head into the ballroom for the party! TRANSPORTATION: Cocktail hour is adjacent to the ballroom. After the reception, trolleys will be available on a rotating basis to take guests back to the ceremony location (Resort) from 9:00 PM until 11:00 pm.
