Answer

Semi-formal to formal is the dress code. Women: Midi length or longer dresses, Dressy Separates, or Pantsuit. Shoes: Heels or dressy sandals/flats. Gentlemen: Suit & Tie, Sport Coat with Dress Button-down Shirt, Slacks. Shoes: Dress shoes or polished boots.

All RSVPs are to be completed online on our website. Please locate the RSVP section of the website menu and type your first and last name. Kindly RSVP by Wednesday April 1st.

We adore and love your little ones, we kindly ask that our wedding be an adults only occasion with the exception of the little ones of the immediate families, wedding party, and young adults listed on the RSVP. We hope that with this advanced notice you will be able to join us! We appreciate your understanding.

We kindly ask that you be fully present with us and keep all devices put away and on silent or turned off during the ceremony. We have a spectacular photography and videography team that will do a wonderful job of capturing every detail on our special day! We appreciate your cooperation and understanding to this ask.

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The entire event will be held indoors in The Davidson Building across the street from the hotel. The ceremony and reception will be upstairs in the Grand Ballroom with cocktail hour being downstairs in The Annex after the ceremony. When cocktail hour concludes, all guests will be informed to head back upstairs to the Grand Ballroom for dinner and dancing. Elevator is available with restrooms located downstairs.

Is there parking available at The Tremont?Is there parking available at The Tremont?

Answer

Yes, parking is available at The Tremont by valet only. Price for valet the day of event is $20, if you are not staying at the hotel. If you are staying at the hotel, valet is $36 per night. There is also street parking around The Strand near the hotel by parking meter if you prefer to not use the valet service.

We kindly ask that you arrive and are seated no later than 5:45pm. We greatly appreciate your timeliness to ensure the ceremony begins and ends within the allotted timeline.

Warm, sunny weather with average high temperatures of the low to mid 80's. There may be an occasional spring shower or two, but mostly pretty pleasant!
