Transportation to Ceremony & Reception

There is no parking at Olive Oaks, guests will either need to take a provided shuttle or use a ride share service. If using Uber or Lyft, please let your driver know that Olive Oaks is in a residential neighborhood with a 15mph limit on Ferguson, we don't want any angry neighbors! We require using our shuttles for the wedding to ensure a safe and fun wedding celebration and due strict no parking on site for guests. Here is the transportation schedule for the day! Reminder - there is no onsite parking! 1:20pm Santa Rosa Public Parking Lot Behind the AC Hotel 300 Davis St Santa Rosa, CA 95401 1:50pm Sonoma Charter School 1111 Gravenstein Hwy N, Sebastopol, CA 95472 1:50pm Fairfield Inn 1101 Gravenstein Hwy S, Sebastopol, CA 95472 Second Round: 2:30pm Sonoma Charter School 1111 Gravenstein Hwy N, Sebastopol, CA 95472 2:30pm Fairfield Inn 1101 Gravenstein Hwy S, Sebastopol, CA 95472 Buses will be running at the end of the night to return you to your hotels after the wedding concludes. We ask you be prompt in your arrival to not delay the bus schedule.

Fairfield Inn & Suites Santa Rosa Sebastopol
This is the nearest hotel to Olive Oaks and one of the locations that the shuttle will be picking up from to take guests to the Ceremony & Reception. There is a small number of rooms that are being held for our wedding. If you would like to book one of these rooms, call to make your reservation and reference the White/Neely Wedding.
Travel Note
Airport Buses
While we would highly recommend getting a rental car for your trip, there is a shuttle service to get you from the SF and Oakland airports to/from Petaluma, which is about 25 minutes from Sebastopol.
