Flight
There are multiple Scotland airports, but many guests will be flying into Edinburgh. The Aberdeen airport is closer to the Estate, which may work better for those with a tighter schedule who wish to cut out the added travel time to and from Edinburgh.
Train
ScotRail can be used to travel from Edinburgh to St. Andrews, Stonehaven, or Aberdeen. Advanced tickets may be purchased up to 3 months prior at a discount. For those traveling by train immediately after arriving in Edinburgh, it is a 10 minute drive to the train station from the Edinburgh airport. Shuttles and taxis are available. Rental Car
Blacklane is a high end car service available to drive you from Edinburgh to other cities or directly to the castle. Their cars can fit 3-5 passengers and luggage.
