Sarasota-Bradenton International Airport (SRQ). This is the most convenient airport to fly into. Roughly 20 minutes to venue with no traffic. Other Options Tampa International Airport (TPA). A little over an hour to venue with no traffic. Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW). Roughly an hour and a half with no traffic.

Primary hotel block -we have the entire property from Thursday to Monday. Just mention you’re with the Hogan wedding when you book. As of 6/2/2021, this location is fully booked by Hogan Wedding attendees. A very cozy and quaint hotel. Short walk to beach, ceremony, reception, and brunch/beach day. Captiva has 19 units ranging from studios to two-bedroom suites. The property has its own private beach and pool access, communal areas, and other amenities.

Siesta Key Breeze Trolley
Free trolley service throughout Siesta Key. We are really hoping our guests take advantage of this convenient and fun method of getting around the key. Click the link to see the map and note you may have to wave at the driver to signal you want a ride. The Trolley runs up and down the main drag of Siesta Key, linking the wedding venue area (Point of Rocks) to the Siesta Key Village, where you'll find many bars, restaurants, shopping, and other attractions.

Golf Cart Shuttle Service - Siesta Key Free Ride
To get picked up from your hotel, call 941 952 8294 (TAXI). The free service will drop you anywhere on the island. To get home from Siesta Key Village, you can easily hail one of these shuttle golf carts. Remember to have cash on hand as they operate on tips!
