Is the ceremony and reception indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors unless it is raining or simply too hot, then the ceremony will be moved indoors. The reception is in an air conditioned building at the same location.

Where can we park?

Answer

There is parking on the side of the building and there is additional parking at the back of the building.

Is transportation provided from the hotel to the venue?

Answer

Unfortunately, there is no transportation from the hotel to the venue. You will have to drive or please consider a Lyft or an Uber from the hotel if you are planning on drinking. It is a short ride from the hotel to the venue.

Is smoking allowed?

Answer

There are designated smoking areas and you may only smoke in those areas.

What is for dinner?

Answer

We will be serving Savino's wood fired pizza! We will have five or so different pizza options and it will be buffet style. You can take as much as you'd like and they said they will keep cooking them until we're all full! The pizzas bake in a 900 degree oven so they take hardly any time at all to make, which should keep the line moving quickly! We will also have two appetizers and salad in case pizza isn't your thing.

What happens if I have a dietary restriction?

Answer

Savino's will make all gluten free pizzas first so the oven isn't contaminated and they will be individual sized pizzas. They will also make vegan or dairy free pizzas after the gluten free ones. These will also be individual pizzas. But please let us know ahead of time what you need so that way we can accommodate you. We want to make sure everyone is satisfied with their meal!
