Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We recommend you stay at The Mansion on Delaware Ave, where our ceremony and reception will take place, to enjoy the convenience of the location and to have all of our family and friends in one location. We have rented out the entire place for our wedding. If the Mansion is booked, we have a second room block available at the Holiday Inn. See Travel section for additional details for how to book at either hotel.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your children, but due to space restrictions, we cannot accommodate children on our wedding day. Your invitation will include all parties invited.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation includes a plus one, then you absolutely can bring a date. If your invitation, does not include a plus one, please just bring yourself!

When is the deadline to RSVP?

Answer

If you can RSVP by August 15th so that we can ensure to provide our venue with a count and meal selections that would be great! We can’t wait to celebrate with you!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will start promptly at 5:30 PM. Please arrive in time to be situated before the start of the ceremony!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There is a parking lot on Delaware Avenue across from The Mansion that is free for guests to park at. Parking is limited in the lot, in which case there is also street parking available, but the street is metered, so we suggest using the parking lot first if space is available.

Will there be seating at the ceremony?

Answer

There will be limited seating available at the ceremony due to space restrictions, however, seating accommodations will be available for anyone who needs it, and there is plenty of space for standing. We promise to keep the ceremony short and sweet!

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Besides our wedding on Saturday, September 27th, we will be hosting a Welcome Drinks event on Friday, September 26th. We’d love for you to come and kick off our wedding weekend, and for our friends and families to get to meet and hang out before the big day! Please RSVP if you can make it.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

We can absolutely accommodate any food allergies or dietary restrictions! Please let us know in your RSVP any food allergies or dietary restrictions, so we can ensure the venue accommodates your needs.

Will transportation be provided to the wedding?

Answer

If you are staying at The Mansion, no transportation is needed! If you are staying at the Holiday Inn, transportation will be provided to the ceremony at The Mansion and Uber/Lyft codes will be provided for guests to utilize back to the hotel.

What is the dress code for the Wedding?

Answer

The dress code is cocktail attire. Men should consider wearing dress pants and button downs, suits, or whatever feels best for a fancier night out. Women should consider wearing cocktail dresses, midi/maxi dresses, or whatever you feel you look your best in!

What is the dress code for Welcome Drinks?

Answer

The dress code is business casual, so something nice, but you can save your best look for the wedding!
