This is one of our favorite spots. It's a casual bar/restaurant on the first floor, with the best massages on the second floor. Michael's "favorite bar on the planet". If you want to get a massage, book ahead on their website (or send them a message on WhatsApp for same-day requests). Good for lunch, dinner or happy hour. One of the only places we go that is close to downtown / the marina.
Excellent seafood joint about 10 minutes from Quivira. We love the fish ceviche and shrimp fajitas. This place is very casual and you don't need a reservation. If we are in Cabo for a week, we will eat here at least twice...and don't forget a margarita!
Michael's favorite golf course "in the world" - 15 holes have an ocean view! If you're staying at Pacifica, you get 20% off your tee time - make sure to book through the hotel for the discount (email salescabo@pueblobonito.com to book). You should book your tee time well in advance because this is a very popular course.
This is one of our favorite spots for breakfast or lunch. It's downtown by Medano Beach, about 15 minutes from Quivira. You don't need a reservation unless you have a large group. Afterwards, you could walk to the Sand Bar for a massage or drink - it's on the beach if you want to check out the main beach in town.
One of our staples in Cabo. It's a little nicer, but not too fancy. You can walk in on a weeknight, but we'd recommend getting a reservation on OpenTable. All of their food is excellent. We usually get the catch of the day and/or the linguine habanero. The Caesar salad is also great. The only thing we'd skip is their margarita - it's a little on the sweet side for us.
If you want to go deep sea fishing, go with Toby and his team. They'll take good care of you.
This is the restaurant located at Quivira Golf Club. Great for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Reservations needed for larger groups at peak times, but you can usually walk in with a smaller group or during off hours.
The cactus garden (aka Amakiri Botanical Garden) is located right across the roundabout from Pacifica Hotel. They have a farmer's market on Thursday mornings with art and local, hand-made goods.
