WELCOME TO NANTUCKET

Caroline and Spencer met their first month of freshman year at UNH in 2017. Spencer would often find himself hanging out on Caroline's floor in their freshman year dorm, Christensen Hall. They helped each other survive their business applications math course and shared the same math tutor. Tutoring sessions then led to dining hall hangouts and partying with their friends on the weekends. After coming back from their first winter break, they officially started dating and have been together ever since. Throughout their 4 years at UNH together, visiting each other in Florence and Rome while abroad, weeks of long distance during COVID in 2020, spending three summers apart while Caroline worked on Nantucket, to living in their South Boston condo together, they wouldn't change a thing. We are so excited to welcome you to our favorite place. Caroline has been lucky enough growing up and spending summers on Nantucket. Her aunt and uncle (Allison & Bogey) have always made their house open to family and friends. During the first summer of their relationship, instead of Caroline bringing a friend to the island for a week in July, she brought Spencer. It was the first time that extended family met him and within minutes he was welcomed to the crew. Caroline and Spencer will never forget their first time on island together, deep sea fishing with her family, walking the docks downtown for Spencer to obsess over the boats, introducing Spencer to tuna and blackened fish (thanks Bogey), and spending hours on the back deck hanging out and dancing to music. After their 7 1/2 years of being together, on June 27th, 2025, Spencer popped the question at Smith’s Point in Madaket. Caroline was beyond shocked and it will go down as one of their favorite days yet. We cannot wait to welcome you to the island and let you get a taste of what Nantucket is like. We know it is not easy, nor inexpensive to travel and spend the weekend with us. We thank you and cannot wait to celebrate our love with all of you.
