Mount Ida is one of our favorite rural winery settings. Relaxed atmosphere, great selection of craft wines, wood-burning fireplaces, a rooftop deck, frisbee and football in the lawn- all paired with a beautiful view of Virginia's mountains

Whiskey Jar, Violet Crown Theatre, The Fitzroy, Commonwealth Sky Bar, The Paramount Theatre, Jack Brown's Beer & Burger bar, and various shops & boutiques- the Downtown mall is one of our absolute staples as Charlottesville residents
Humpback Rock
Humpback Rock, a short drive from Charlottesville, offers visitors a great hike & a rewarding view. Parking and bathrooms are located just at the base of the mountain- and for a more interesting experience we suggest getting to the top just before sunset
