When should I book my stay?

Guests should book by December 1st to ensure rooms and dates are available as requested.

How do I book my accommodations?

Answer

View the Attend l Travel page to book your stay. This will lead you to our DestinationWeddings Site with a group rate. Password: RIVERAWEDDING Note: A deposit of $50 per person is required at this time to reserve. It is recommended to arrive on 4/24 if possible. Please reach out if you do not see the room you’d like to book.

When should I arrive?

We recommend arriving Thursday, April 24th in case there are any unforeseen delays. The guest room block requires guests to stay for at least 3 nights. For those of you who are local to San Diego, we will share flight recommendations in December.

When will the Bride and Groom arrive?

Answer

We will arrive in Tulum on Wednesday, 4/23 and return home on Tuesday, 4/29. Flight details will be shared as soon as they are confirmed.

When should I book my flight?

Answer

It is best to book an international flight 3-6 months in advance. We will share recommendations.

Can I stay somewhere other than Dreams?

Answer

We ask that you stay with us for at least 3 nights to spend time together and abide by the wedding contract. This will also alleviate any need to coordinate transportation and a wedding day pass to the resort. Please let us know if you plan to come for the event only.

What if I am unsure about my significant other accompanying me?

Answer

Please reach out to the Wedding Coordinator should you need to update your room reservation to include another guest that was previously invited. This can be done within months of the trip date.
