All events will take place at Holiday Acres. There are not many Ubers/Lifts in the area. There are two local shuttles that can get you to and from the Rhinelander airport and possible Wausua (see travel page for information).Renting a car is your best option if you don't plan to stay at Holiday Arces and would like to explore the Northwoods.
The deadline is August 24th 2026. Please try and RSVP before that as we need to let Holiday Acres know final numbers.
We are planning for an outside ceremony. Weather permitting. Wisconsin can be on the cooler side in October. The weather can range from 50s to upper 60s. We are doing a fall theme so please lean into fall colors !
Whomever is listed on your wedding invite is allowed to attend.
While we do love your children we prefer to keep this child free. Think of it as a fun date night! Dress up, relax, and enjoy!
We are asking people to arrive 15-20 minutes before the ceremony is to start, grab a drink and enjoy.
