The RSVP deadline is MAY 5, 2025. That’s the date we need to know if you’ll be there to party with us. The venue details will be sent out once your RSVP is received—so don’t be **that guy** who makes us scramble for last-minute arrangements. Please RSVP here on the website using the link above.
We’ve done our best to accommodate plus ones for everyone. If you're unsure whether you've been allotted one, please reach out to Peyton at (719) 246-7727. We'll make sure everything is sorted for you!
Yes! We absolutely want all our loved ones to be able to celebrate with us, and we understand that childcare logistics can be a deciding factor for many parents. That said, our venue has a strict children’s policy: kids must remain within arm’s reach of their parents at all times, and no unruly behavior will be tolerated. The venue is a beautiful, expansive garden, and they’ve had issues in the past with children damaging flower beds and other areas. To ensure we can all enjoy the space (and keep the venue happy), we kindly ask that parents closely supervise their little ones throughout the event. We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us create a wonderful experience for everyone!
Our ceremony will be outdoors with no shade over the seating area, so come prepared for the Colorado sunshine! We’ll provide some parasols and hand-held fans. If using a parasol, please be mindful of the guests behind you. We highly encourage fun sun hats, which fit right in with our garden party formal dress code! The reception and dinner will take place in a covered open-air pavilion, but for the ceremony, sunscreen and sunglasses are your best friends. Remember, you’ll be over a mile closer to the sun here!
The ceremony will begin at 5:30 p.m. SHARP—no exceptions! We’ll have welcome drinks for everyone beforehand, so please arrive no later than 5:00 p.m. to grab a drink and find your seat. If you’re a guest of the bride… well, you already know she values punctuality. Don’t be late unless you want an earful!
The recommended hotels on our "Travel" page are about a 5-minute drive from the venue, and there's plenty of parking available. If you prefer not to drive, we recommend taking an Uber or Lyft, as the venue is easy to find. If you're staying at a hotel further away, we suggest mapping your route in advance, as the interstate can get congested in the late afternoon. Allow some extra time for your commute!
For our celebration, we invite you to embrace a Garden Party Formal style. Ladies, think maxi or midi dresses in vibrant colors or floral prints. Feel free to play with textures like lace, chiffon, or silk. Gentlemen, a light-colored suit or blazer paired with dress pants is perfect—mix in a bold print shirt or accessories for added flair. Stay stylish, comfortable, and have fun with your look for this elegant outdoor affair! For inspiration, feel free to check out our Pinterest board here: https://pin.it/3x4HXqhvn Our wedding colors are burgundy, charcoal/black, dark forest green, and brown—if you’d like to incorporate them into your look, it would make for stunning photos! However, the most important thing is that you feel great and are ready to celebrate with us.
We do have a registry, but your presence at our celebration is the greatest gift! We’ve focused on experiences and future adventures rather than traditional gifts. If you’d like to contribute, we have a few funds for future adventures. You can find the registry link in the menu above. Thank you for your generosity and support!
Nope!
We are so excited to celebrate with you and have opted for an open bar. PLEASE NOTE: If you are visiting from a lower altitude, your alcohol tolerance will be much lower here! Please use your discretion and pace yourself!
Please let us know about any allergies or dietary needs when you RSVP, and we’ll do our best to accommodate. The meal will be served buffet style, making it easier to avoid certain ingredients, but if you have a severe allergy or specific concern, let us know so we can ensure your needs are addressed.
Our venue is a large, well-maintained garden with some terrain considerations. For guests who need mobility assistance, the venue provides a complimentary golf cart service operated by their staff. Please note: - The parking lot is gravel. - There are several gentle but long paved slopes and hills throughout the venue. - There are a few steps between the garden area and the reception pavilion. - The restrooms are located inside a large house, which requires navigating a few stairs.
We’ve hired the incredibly talented (and not cheap!) wedding photographer, Jo, to capture this big moment. So, we kindly ask you to let her work her magic by keeping your phones in your pockets or purses during the ceremony—Jo’s got this covered!
