Where is the ceremony?

Where is the reception?

Answer

Same place as the ceremony.

Have you reserved hotel room blocks?

Answer

Yes! There are a block of rooms at the Holiday Inn & Suites in Lake George. Use the code CBW to get the discounted rate.

Will there be a shuttle to and/or from the hotel?

Answer

Yes, there will be a shuttle. It will be leaving from the Holiday Inn and returning there as well. If you are staying elsewhere and are planning on using the provided transportation please know that these are the only stops. Note: there is very limited parking at the venue so please ride the shuttle if possible.

Where do we park?

Answer

If driving to the ceremony, there will be someone directing cars to park. If you do plan on driving, please let either Wes or Jessie know so we can let the venue know. Note: Parking is limited at the venue, so please ride on provided transportation if you can.

What should I wear?

Answer

Dress attire is cocktail. Ex. Women — dress/ skirt with nice top Men — khakis, nice pants with button down shirt (tie optional)

What time should we arrive to the venue?

You can arrive no earlier than 3:30 PM.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony/post on social media?

Answer

We ask that during the ceremony you leave all phones and cameras away in a pocket or purse. We have hired a photographer and will be happy to share pictures if wanted. At the reception and cocktail hour pictures and posting on social media are allowed and encouraged.

There will be a cocktail hour between the ceremony and reception.

What time is the reception scheduled to end?

The reception ends at 10 PM, but feel free to leave earlier if you wish.

Is there a Rehearsal Dinner?

Answer

Yes there is! It will be held a banquet room at the Holiday Inn & Suites. Everyone is welcome, please let Wes or Jessie know if you plan on attending.
