There are rooms for this block available for check-in Thursday 6/5 through check-out Sunday 6/8. Feel free to book any subset of dates within that range. If you run into any issues in the booking process please let us know! Deadline to book within the block ends May 6th. If you can’t book by this date please give them a call first, and if no luck there, reach out to us!

Flight

Pittsburgh International Airport, PIT

Important note: there is a T-rex in this airport. It is very easy to get an Uber or Lyft ride from the airport to the city. PIT has a rental car center, too. There are also buses that run from the airport to downtown Pittsburgh that are (run by Pittsburgh Regional Transit) if public transportation is more your style.

Shuttle

Shuttle from the Hotel to the Ceremony

June 6, 2025 3:30 pm - 10:00 pm

We will have shuttles bringing guests from the Sheraton to the Pittsburgh Botanic garden in time for the ceremony, and back to the hotel after the reception ends.
