How should I RSVP?

Please go to the “RSVP” tab on this website and enter in your name to RSVP!

When is the RSVP Deadline?

Answer

Please make sure to RSVP “Yes” or “No” by July 21, 2025. This allows us to give our vendors a correct count prior to the wedding.

What should I wear?

Answer

We would love to see our friends and family dressed up with us! We are requesting a semi-formal dress code for the evening. Feel free to wear whatever color you would like, but please refrain from wearing white. Please note, there will be grass at the reception area, so please choose your footwear accordingly.

Where should I stay?

Answer

First off, thank you so much for traveling the distance to celebrate with us! We have a room block at the Cassara Hotel in Carlsbad where you can book rooms for the weekend at a discounted rate! Please find the link to book through our room block under the “Travel” tab. If all the rooms in the room block are reserved, we recommend finding a hotel in Carlsbad or Oceanside.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be outdoors! However, the reception tables will be shaded. Please dress accordingly depending on the weather for the day.

How do I get to and from the Wedding Venue?

Answer

We're working on a shuttle option. It's also a great option to Uber/Lyft to the venue if you don't want to drive!

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 3:30PM. To avoid being late and missing anything, we recommend arriving by 3:00PM to ensure you’re able to park and find a seat before the ceremony starts!

Can I bring a plus 1?

Answer

Due to limited space at our venue, we’re only able to accommodate those formally invited on the invitation. If you received a plus one, it will be noted when you RSVP.

Are Kids Allowed?

Answer

We love your little ones! However, due to the limited space at our venue, we have decided to keep our wedding adults only. We encourage you to use this as a fun night/vacation with your spouse to have fun and explore San Diego County!

What if I Have Food Allergies or Dietary Restrictions?

Please note any food allergies or dietary restrictions while RSVP-ing.

Can I Take Photos/Videos During the Ceremony?

Answer

We’ve hired an amazing photographer & videographer! They’ll both be there to capture all the moments of the ceremony. We kindly ask that phones be put away during the ceremony portion. Please feel free to take as many photos/videos once the ceremony is finished!

Is Parking Available at the Venue?

Yes! There is parking available at the venue.

Can I Leave my Car Overnight?

Answer

If needed, you are able to leave your car parked overnight. However, it needs to be picked up by 9AM the next morning.

What should I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

You’ll be missed! If you can’t make it, please make sure to RSVP “No” so we can plan accordingly with our guest count for vendors! Please do this before July 21st, 2025 when RSVPs are due.
