Jason Hemmig

Best Man

Bob and Jason met as teenagers. Those two have been thick as theives for many decades as they have lifted weights to bad 80's music in a garage and now play weekend golf tournaments as the poshy men they are. Jason's better half, Danielle introduced Bob and Jenny. Jason is the father to a daugher graduating high school this year. He runs a thriving business. All who know him love him as he is the most kind and genourous person. As a reward, he has blessed him with amazing luck. Jason likes Jack and Coke, fast cars and white pants. He will not drink black coffee or beer...Don't even try.

Devon Murphy

Groomsman

Devon is Bob's son and carbon copy despite being three inches taller. He and Bob race RC Cars together all over the Pacific Northwest. Devon is a fisherman, hunter, and jack of all trades. He is funny, kind and will help any stranger he meets. He just started his own business and is learning all the joys of company taxes.

Henry Wesner

Groomsman

Henry is Jenny's brother. He is a thespian, consumate goofball, elaborative quoter of movies, owned by a cat, minimalist, excellent travelling companion, and in the progress of writing a best selling novel about becoming a coffee grower in Antartica. Henry and Jenny have travelled all over the U.S. and even down to Mexico much to the chagrin of their parents.

Paul Wesner

Groomsman

Paul is Jenny's brother and first friend. He is renovating a historical house in Terre Haute with his fiance, Kit. He takes gorgeos pictures, dresses like he grew up in the forties, listens to podcasts, enjoys intellectual debates in the cigar lounge and is the only person able to make Jenny laugh when she is as upset as a wet hen. In his teens and early twenties, he was a daredevel and ended up in the hospital over and over again. He would love to talk to you about his hounds and his most recent adventure to Zanzibar.

Eric Knutsen

Groomsman

Eric is Bob's brother. He made his way to England after college where he started a family. Eric still views American football games (specifically Seahawks) 'til the wee hours of the morning. He plays the french horn. Bob remembers him listening to "In a Big Country" by Big Country on repeat in high school. He is the father to twin gentlemen and a little lady.

Brian Thomas

Officiant

Brian is Bob's friend and the man responsible for getting Bob into backpacking. Brian has amazing stories of life in Montana and trips to Alaska. While supervizing Bob and Jenny's engagement backpacking trip, he lost a toenail on the rugged terrain, but was pleased to escape with his life. It is a great story and Brian has his own view of our crazy adventure. He also brews his own beer, chops his own wood and has the biggest bear hugs.

Fisher Murphy

Ring Bearer

Fisher is Devon's son and Bob's grandson. He is the love of all of his grandparents. Don't be surpised if he steals the show on the wedding as he already loves to entertain a crowd.

Stephen Wesner

Father of the Bride

Steve is Jenny's father. He is the son of an Indiana farmer and inherited many of the his father's southern sayings. He loves the wilderness and passed on his thirst for exploration to his children. In the seventies, he left Indiana in his nondescript vehicle to tour the West like a vagabound. Now he lives in Moscow, Idaho and piles wood over seven feet tall for the cold winter. He loves listening to all music, providing for his family, telling stories and watching classic movies. He is very passionate about charades.

Susan Wesner

Mother of the Bride

Susan is Jenny's mother. She grew up in a family of five in Wisconsin and spent her summers catching frogs on the lakeshore. Her love of animals never deminished nor did her curiousity. She has achieved several degrees due to her love of learning. As a mother she instilled her inquisitive spirit in all her children. She can make a meal out of an empty cupboad, do a back handspring and stitch up a wound.

Gloria Morrison

Mother of the Groom

Gloria is Bob's mother. She sings alto for the Gloria Dei choir, makes delicious jam and shoud be a master gardener of dahlias. Her grandfather was one of the first settlers of Colorado. She enjoys geneology, making fancy dinners for her family, fishing by the shore, knitting and spending time with her loved ones.
