FAQs

Question

What actions are being taken related to COVID-19?

Answer

The city of Tulsa requires masks in all public areas, including checking in at the venue. The venue is also following cleanliness protocols to insure everyone has a comfortable stay. For our wedding events, our Friday event is outdoors; the church has every other pew reserved for distancing and for the Reception there will be reserved tables and less seats per table for dinner and several areas for guests to gather for the post dinner festivities to allow distancing if preferred. Masks are not required for our wedding events; however, they are welcome for those that prefer.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Friday is casual, think family picnic. Dress comfortably and based on weather as it will be outdoors. Saturday is Cocktail attire, dress to party!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your kids—we really do. But we want our wedding reception to be your night off! We’ve reserved two experienced babysitters (one's parents will also be wedding guests) to make this a reality. Your kids are welcome for the other events including the Friday night cookout and wedding ceremony.

Question

Is there a shuttle available to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, shuttle times will be provided upon arrival for departure prior to ceremony.

Question

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Our invitations and save the dates are personalized to include all events you're welcome to attend.
