Schedule
On June 20th 2026 we will have our afternoon ceremony & evening dinner/reception at Beaver Point Hall on Salt Spring Island, BC.
Please arrive at 4:15 pm for our 4:30 pm ceremony.
After the ceremony we will have an appetizer & cocktail hour, followed by dinner at 6:30 pm.
We will have an open bar, and plan to dance the night away!
We have booked a shuttle service, so please let us know in the RSVP questionnaire if you're interested a ride to and from the venue :)
Note: If you wish to come enjoy the ceremony & do a day-trip to the island, you're more than welcome to leave before the official reception/dinner takes place.
We understand that it's a lot to expect everyone to stay on the island, so no worries if you are unable to stay for evening festivities.

Summer Solstice Garden Party Formal. Ceremony is outside on grass (stilettos may sink)
After the ceremony there will be an appetizer table and open bar, with the reception dinner to follow.
