The stunning Mt Rainier National Park is a 1.5-2 hour drive from downtown Tacoma. Visiting in June means checking road and weather reports as lots of trails are still quite snowy! Enjoy the gem of the PNW (and our favorite mountain)! *Please take note, Mt Rainier will implement a timed entry reservation system starting in Summer, 2024 so make sure to have your reservation prior to going!
