Where do I stay?

Answer

We have curated a list of Airbnb's, VRBO's, and Motels in a 20 minute radius to our venue (listed on the Travel page). There are more stays outside of this which you are welcome to book. A shuttle service will be provided for anyone staying within a 20 minute drive. More details to come as we get closer to the wedding! Welcome Party Details

Answer

Welcome party will be Friday, July 31st at the Inn at West Settlement at 5pm Address: 1117 Andrew Gray Rd, Roxbury, NY 12474 All are welcome! Come hang out for the afternoon with some food, lawn games, and a laid-back night in the yard as we kick off the wedding weekend. Dinner will be provided. What to wear? Women: Comfy sundresses, skirts, nicer shorts, linen pants Men: Collard shirts Comfy shoes or sandals (no need for heels) or no shoes at all! Parking: Parking will be available directly in front of the Inn at West Settlement for free.

Shuttle Details

Answer

If you would like to utilize the shuttle service, it will be available upon request provided with your RSVP. We will coordinate specific shuttle times and pickup/drop-off details closer to the wedding date (no transportation provided for welcome party). We will provide a shuttle service for anyone staying within a 20 minute drive. The shuttle unfortunately cannot make it over the hill on West Settlement Road towards South Kortright (and Roxbury Mountain Maple). Uber/ Lyft does not exist here :)

Wedding Day Attire

Answer

Garden Formal - Fancy, flowy & Fun We kindly request Formal attire. However, what matters most is you being comfortable. For Men: Suit For Women: Floor-length or midi dress (preferably longer than the knee)

What shoes should I wear?

Answer

For the ladies, the grass may be soft and a bit uneven, so maybe re-think stilettos (Hannah will most likely be barefoot by the end of the night).

Bridesmaids will be in green, groomsmen will be in tuxedos!

Parking for Wedding/ Welcome Party

Answer

Parking will be available directly in front of the Inn at West Settlement for free. You will see designated parking areas as you make your way to the venue. Please drive responsibly!

What will the temperature be?

Answer

Highs: 75–85°F Lows: 60–65°F Comfortably warm during the day (can get hot in the sun) with crisp, cool nights.

I have dietary restrictions/ allergies, what is the best way to let you know?

Answer

In your RSVP, there will be a way to share dietary restrictions. If you think you forgot, please let us know so we can inform the chef.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to venue limitations, we are unable to accommodate additional guests beyond those listed on the invitation. Thank you so much for your understanding!

Can we bring our children?

Answer

For the wedding day itself, we’ve decided to only have adults at the ceremony and reception unless you’ve been told otherwise.
