Best Woman
Luna accepted the role of Best Woman as the unquestioned queen of her castle, ruling with sass, dramatic flair, and a perfectly tailored tuxedo (white chest and feet included). She adores the groom—playing exclusively with him using bread ties and demanding cuddles on her terms—while offering the bride nothing more than a polite sniff. Known for her theatrical relationship with her sibling cats, Luna resides in her own royal quarters, with the groom making special visits to pay homage.
Maid of Honor
Ophelia proudly serves as Maid of Honor, a role she’s been rehearsing for her entire life by following the bride absolutely everywhere. She insists on being included in all important moments—especially when her human’s are eating breakfast, lunch, and dinner (she can’t pass up yogurt or cantaloupe), and even sitting on Mom’s lap in the bathroom. Equal parts nosy and nurturing, Ophelia carefully inspects every new space, supervises all activity, and lovingly mothers the kittens (and frankly, the adults), ensuring everyone is cared for and nothing goes unnoticed.
Groomsman
Schenley, our beloved groomsman, is a fluffy, long-haired grey gentleman with a timid heart and movie-star fur. Though he tends to scare easily, he’s fearless when it comes to chasing soccer balls and players across the TV screen, fully convinced he’s part of the team. A former Florida sunbather, he still prefers a warm patch of light over just about anything—except Kyle. Despite never approving of any of my past boyfriends, Schenley has decided Kyle is undeniably his person now, leaving the bride adorably betrayed. As he takes his place in our wedding party, he brings his quiet charm, soft presence, and the purest seal of kitty approval.
Bridesmaid
Astra joins the bridal party as Bridesmaid, bringing plenty of commentary, chaos, and Florida-born confidence to the occasion. A lifelong sunshine girl now bravely navigating Pittsburgh snow, she loves to talk, meow, and lovingly bully the other kittens despite her questionable eyesight and even more questionable brain. Affection is given strictly on her terms, and she answers to many names—Streen, Bean, and the ever-iconic Nasty Asty.
Ring Bearer
Hermes proudly takes on the role of Ring Bearer, though keeping track of the rings may be his greatest escape yet. A known escape artist and accomplished Christmas tree destroyer, he sprints through the house at top speed and samples any human food within reach. As the newest addition to the family (alongside his sister Lyra), Hermes balances his duties by cuddling sweetly at the bride and groom’s feet—before attacking them like they’re his favorite toys.
Flower Girl
Lyra floats down the aisle as Flower Girl, bringing tiny size, big determination, and absolutely no coordination. A fearless fridge jumper and professional big spoon to Dad, she loves to play—even though she routinely gets beat up by every sibling and may be down a few lives. When she’s not being carried around like royalty, Lyra can be found fully immersed in whatever’s on TV, from sports to dramas to documentaries, ready to scatter petals (or chaos) at a moment’s notice.
