Since everyone will be coming from different hotels, we will not be providing transportation. Thankfully, it's Vegas, and there are many cost-effective ways to get around the city! We plan to Uber/Lyft from our hotel to Sure Thing Chapel. BUT... If you have a car, parking will be available on the street right in front of the chapel on Fremont St. There is also a parking lot behind the building (Enter off Maryland Pwky or 11th St) -- It is a paid lot, so don’t forget to validate your ticket! From Sure Thing Chapel to La Mona Rosa, it is either a 10 minute walk or 2 minute drive. There is a paid parking lot across the street from La Mona Rosa that is $5 per hour.
Sure Thing Chapel has seating for 30 and a bench (the size of the bench and the number of people it can fit are unknown). The rest is standing room. Please be kind and give priority to those who need to sit. We appreciate it! At dinner, there will be room to sit and stand! We will not have a seating chart so sit where you like!
The ceremony will start at 6:30 pm. Please do not arrive more than 5 minutes early, as the doors will be locked for the couple prior to us.
We would love for you to join us for dinner and drinks down the street at La Mona Rosa! After the ceremony, you can head straight there and start using the open bar while the bride, groom, and their families stay behind to finish with some photos. At approximately 8pm, dinner will be served. If you have other plans this evening, we understand and appreciate you taking the time out of your day for our ceremony. Respectively, please let us know if you can only make it to the dinner and not the ceremony.
Please know, even if you will not be attending our ceremony in Vegas, you are still very much loved and in our hearts! Our chapel only allows 43 guests, so narrowing down the list was no easy task. We know traveling to Vegas for a Thursday night wedding is a lot to ask, so we’re grateful if you can join us, but completely understand if life gets in the way. Don’t worry! We’ll be hosting a bigger celebration in Pittsburgh for all our family and friends in 2027/2028 (details coming soon!), and we hope you can celebrate with us then too!
