What is the dress code?
Answer
Please join us in cocktail or semi-formal wear. If possible, we’d love to have you dress in our wedding colors (found on our “Photos” page and throughout this website). If you don’t have those exact shades in your closet, complementary colors are fine!

Are children invited to the reception?
Answer
Due to limited numbers, we hope you appreciate that children are only invited if they are specifically named on your invitation.

Will there be alcohol at the reception?
Answer
No, our venue has a no-alcohol policy and we will be hosting a dry wedding experience for our guests.

Will Wendy be taking Sean’s last name?
Answer
No. Instead, we will use Brown as our family name.

Can I take pictures of the wedding and post them on social media?
Answer
Yes and no. We ask that the ceremony remain phone-free. However, before and after the ceremony, through the cocktail hour, and into the reception, please feel free to take as many pictures as you want! We would also love if you posted the pictures you take, but we have two requests: (1) Please make sure the faces of our young nieces and nephews aren’t visible. (2) Use our wedding hashtag so we can find all of your great pics!

Will there be dancing at the reception?

Heck yes! And we expect you all to join in. If there's a song that's sure to get you on the dance floor, please tell us by going to https://bit.ly/3azWNVO and submitting your request.

Is the reception an open house?
Answer
No. We will be serving a seated dinner and will begin promptly at 6pm.
