FAQs

If you have any other additional questions, please contact Brianne or Nathan!
Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

You must RSVP by the end of day on Wednesday January 6, 2027 in order for us to save you a seat. If you miss this deadline, we regret that we will not be able to celebrate with you. Please be advised that this is a hard deadline. No exceptions will be made. Please note: formal invitations will be sent out towards the end of 2026 which will contain the RSVP information.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The doors to the venue will open at 5 P.M. We ask everyone to be in their seats by 5:25 P.M. as the ceremony will start promptly at 5:30 P.M. Ensure you arrive with plenty of time as we cannot allow for any late arrivals to enter once the ceremony starts. Our venue is located in Downtown Tampa, so please factor potential traffic delays into your travel plans.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is black tie optional. For women, that means a midi or floor-length formal gown. For men, that means a dark suit with a tie and jacket or a tuxedo. We kindly remind our guests that our dress code entails no cocktail length dresses, casual wear, jeans, or wearing white. For those curious and who may want to avoid matching the bridal party, bridesmaids will be wearing black. However, please feel free to wear black if you so choose.

Question

Can I bring a plus-one and/or my kids?

Answer

Trust us, we love love and we love your little ones! However, due to strict venue constrictions, we can only accommodate those who are listed on your invitations. If you're unsure who is included within your invite, please reach out to Bri or Nathan for clarification.

Question

What is the parking situation?

Answer

There will be complimentary valet parking available for all of our guests to use. The valet service begins promptly at 5 P.M. Valet drop-off will be located directly in front of the venue on N. Franklin Street. Please look for signage indicating The Vault/CW Gin Joint Valet and mention you're with the Wendol Rubin wedding. However, as always - Bri and Nathan want their favorite people to have fun AND be safe. If you're planning on partaking in the open bar, do not drink and drive. We encourage all to utilize ride-sharing apps or carpool with a designated driver.
