We first played softball together in 7th grade, cheered together in high school, were college roommates at NAU, and have been through life's biggest moments together. I stood by her side as she said 'I do' and now she'll be there for me too. We've laughed, we've cried, but mostly we've laughed at each other! We are weirdos at heart and best friends for life.

We met in 5th grade shop class due to both of our last names being at the end of the alphabet. We've remained friends ever since and have engaged in our fair share of shenanigans over the years. And of course, we enjoy a good rivalry game between ASU and UofA.

We met our freshman year at Northern Arizona University. We shared a number of Oktoberfest beers at our local Flagstaff Chili's, spent birthday's and New Year's in Colorado, and played in the Arizona monsoon rains. Some people make your laugh a little louder, your smile a little brighter, and your life a little better. Cortney is that person for me.
