Our Story
Ken and Emily knew each other for years through ultimate frisbee and common friendships. In 2022, Ken and Emily were playing for the same team when they began talking more and found common ground in their teaching careers and shared love of cats. Later that year, Ken asked Emily on their first date to Teikoku in West Chester and everything fell into place from there.
After meeting the families and traveling together to various places such as Yosemite National Park, Martha's Vineyard, and Ken's annual family vacation in Michigan, their love grew. In 2024, Emily got a job teaching at the same boarding school as Ken, and the couple and cats moved in together in West Chester. Kenny and Emily got engaged on another of their vacations (this time in Austin, Texas) at the top of Mt. Bonnell in March 2025 and can't wait to continue their love story.
