While we love your kids and want to see all of them, we have decided to keep it as an adults only wedding, with the exception of kids of the bridal party.

Answer

Whoever is written on the invite is invited, plus ones will have a “plus one” written on the invite. Unfortunately we cannot accommodate additional guests, thank you for understanding.

Cocktail hour is on us, after that it will be a cash/card bar.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There will be a 56 person shuttle back and forth from the Staybridge Suites in Coralville, and Ubers will be available. We HIGHLY suggest using these options because we don’t want you to worry about drinking and driving! If you have to drive to the venue, please be sure to have your car out of the lot by 7 am Sunday July 26 LATEST. The venue will have another wedding the next day, and we will be charged for any remaining cars.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

There is a parking lot that can fit some cars, but we have paid for a shuttle to take people back and forth from the Coralville Staybridge Suites. There will also be Ubers available all night. If you absolutely need to leave your car overnight, cars MUST be out of the parking lot by Sunday at 7 am the LATEST because there will be another wedding at the venue the next day and we will be charged.
